ok i just got sum upgraded cams for the 7afe there from japan and offer 14-18 more hp..i was told ther a striat drop in other than having to get shims for the vavles, and reseting the timming after installed..my question is how do u go about getting these shims, and how do u install the shims...or better yet a whole how to for the whole install and setting timming....any info or sugestions help thanx Lance

short answer, if you don't know, don't do it, pay someone else to.
If you really, really want to do this yourself then get a friend there with you who has done something like this before. If you don't have such a friend then I'm sure someone here can get some pics up for ya! --------------------  CLOSED on 25 acres! -shop coming soon.... |
