upgraded cams for 7afe HELP Options

ok i just got sum upgraded cams for the 7afe there from japan and offer 14-18 more hp..i was told ther a striat drop in other than having to get shims for the vavles, and reseting the timming after installed..my question is how do u go about getting these shims, and how do u install the shims...or better yet a whole how to for the whole install and setting timming....any info or sugestions help thanx Lance

i bought them through a freind...he ordered them from sum jdm website i think, theres not really any part number on them except theres sum numbers that say 5A 22 on one cam and the other says 5A 26..i dont know if that helps but if i cant figure out how to get these in myself id be willing to sell them for about 150 or best offer...they are a striat drop in other than setting timming and getting shims for the head or valves but im kinda stuck on what to do as for my freind went over to japan untill the 19 of november so i cant ask him what all i need to do to get these cams in ......my last resort is to take the cams and my car to a import tunner shop and just give them to them and have them put them n and dyno tune it...just need sum more cash..any body want to make me an offer for them i may just sell them...
