The blacktop is going to give you the most power, but no where near what you are looking for.
Read the stickys and look at all the options, the 3sgte swap has been done in an st as well imo that is the most reliable method to get the power you are looking for. I am not saying you can't squeeze that out of a blacktop you are just looking at more time money and effort than a 3s swap to accomplish it.
