Hello! first time posting on this site i have been a member for about a month just reading and from what i can gather the 7a-fe to 4age swap in not to hard.. i love this car and drive it like its fast but we all know its not.. i was wondering what i would need to do and a guess on how much it would cost to push about 250 hp N/A out of a 4age? and witch motor to use silver or black? most of the work would be done be me so just parts and were to get them would be great! thanks for your help

Check out Club4ag they will be able to answer your power goal question better. However, last time I checked 250hp NA was a hefty goal for anyone to try and meet.

I'm not trying to hijack the thread but I had a quick question. What is easier to swap into an ST a BEAMS or 3SGTE? All I'm looking for is about 200hp and the beams would be nice for my plans on a SS3 conversion.

200hp, just turbo the 7afe (ST motor). But if you want the swap, the 3sgte would be easier, as there is alot more help on this forum with wiring and basic swap information. Dr. Tweak can also do your ST- 3sgte wiring harness for you.
