you do not need a different ECU. The A/T ecu will work just fine for M/T in your 95 ST.
any c52 from a celica or corolla will work. ususally the corolla ones have less miles on them. Check junkyards or recyclers. -------------------- |

But if you are going to do a full swap at least do it right. The ecu is cheap anyway when you tell the junkyard all the parts you want and they make it a kit price. For the ST you can reuse your automatic axles so do not worry about buying different ones. -------------------- |
