 Optima Battery / Red or Yellow Top, What do you have? |

I am going to buy an Optima battery but am unsure which one to get. Is the red top sufficient? I am also installing a 170 amp high output alternator.
What is the difference between to two batteries? Cranking amps? Do you like yours? |

I have a yellow top... deep cycle batteries are really good if you have your system on when your car isn't... i loved mine when i had my system in... but now without the system, it's just another battery
