 Heater Motor Problem, I just dont get it!! |

Here it is, on my celi, the heater motor won't run, but there's 12v and ground on the connector (directly on the motor) But when I test the motor directly on the battery, with jumper wires, the motor works!! Did I miss something here?
 Anyone have an idea?

Looks like I don't have any other choices though. Anyone have the wiring diagram? It would be very helpfull!!
