 Heater Motor Problem, I just dont get it!! |

Here it is, on my celi, the heater motor won't run, but there's 12v and ground on the connector (directly on the motor) But when I test the motor directly on the battery, with jumper wires, the motor works!! Did I miss something here?
 Anyone have an idea?

Yes, there's one in the engine bay(40A), one under the dash (20A) and another one just beside the heater motor (10A), all are ok. Thanx alot kerosene, I see you're trying to help, I apreciate it
 The thing that I don't understand, is that there's 12v when unplug, knob to "HIGH" and nothing when plugged. I could try my hubby's motor, but don't want to blow it.
