Do these two motors have the same internals? (pistons, rods, etc) I am asking because I know someone giving away a 1st gen 3SGE. Would the internals be able to hold up to an aftermarket turbo setup?

Yes you can turbo it. Results may vary on the condition of the motor.
No they aren't the same as 3sgte. 1st Gen 3sge's are old. I am thinking 4th gen Celica. I wouldn't put that in my car nor turbo it w/o a complete rebuild. This post has been edited by Supersprynt: Oct 24, 2007 - 8:10 AM -------------------- |
