Hey, I'm new to the site and so far it's awesome and I already have found answers to many of my questions. But, I still have one left. What is a good repair manual for 6th gens? I do most of the routine maintence on my car but still leave the big stuff for my mechanic. Can anyone point me in the right direction to a really good detailed manual? I picked one up but it skips all the important stuff...Any recommendations? Thanks

I have the Hayes manual and I think it's terrible. Illustrations are for the 5th gen cars. The authors state that the two generations are similar enough that only minor changes in the instructions must be made. Being a novice (but somewhat decent) handyman, I found that trying to do simple things as removing the bumper and fenders were difficult with the manual and instead just ended up doing it myself without its "help."
