 weird sounds, when i make a sharp turn at very low speed |

whenever i coem to a full stop and try to turn left it makes this sound like belts are streaking on somethin but i dont see anything wrong under the hood....can the timin belt be out, wheel bearings? oh btw, i was changing the oil and auto tranny fluid yesterday after i lowered the car for a quick test drive, the car started to make this sound whenever i make a sharp left turn at ultra-low speed (0-5 mph).
the pass. side wheel has always made this sound liek teh dust shield is rubbing against the rotors and i made all the modifications to make the shield not do that anymore but its not working.....from this short description, can you guys/girls help me troubleshoot this problem im having? any help be great.....thanks for reading.... --------------------  |

the streaking sound was "solved"..idk.....when i changed out my gts rims to a 17" rims teh noise stopped...even the "brake pad' issue....WEIRD!!!!!!!
but ill defihntely be looking at the power steering system -------------------- |
