for those of you who have headers on your GT's and ST's how many times did you wrap the header wrap in one spot? once or twice? would there be any difference wrapping it around the same area twice? thoughts and opinions will be appreciated.

just follow the directions on the package. i overlapped my wrap by 1/2 width on each turn.
