End of Days, 2012... Options

There's been a lot of talk going around that the world will end in the year 2012. The famous prophet Nostradamus and also the Mayan Calendar have predicted the fate of the world will end on this year. Eerily enough, the lost book of Nostradamus predicts a lot of events in history including the Assasination of JFK, World Wars 1, 2, Adolf Hitler, Sadaam Hussein, assasination attempts of Pope John Paul II, bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the beheadings of Marie Antoinette and King Louis, Christopher Columbus, Napoleon, and obviously the infamous 9/11 attacks.

The lost book of Nostradamus was recently discovered in some major library in Italy. All the images that were drawn in this book have some relation to events that have occurred in recent history and many people believe that it was Nostradamus's premonition that we found the book at this exact time during all the chaos that our world is going through and that time would be 2012. Obviously astrology and the stars plays a big part of his predictions of armageddon but his track records of predicting major historical events is pretty good.

Anybody buy into this stuff?

no what he is saying is that he can contoll HIS life.. I can contoll MY life also.. I make the desicons the actions etc.. what i cannot controll is the outcome, but yes anyone can controll their life if chosen to do so.

thats what i am saying desicons and actions is not controlling life, that is only controlling yourself. But as a society would all like to think we have some say in what happend to us, but we dont. Even if we do good things and make good choices that is no guarantee that bad things wont happen. We all would like 2 think that if we do and act good, good will come, but it dont bcuz life does not make sense there is no reason to what life gives you. If u live your whole life in a forthright and kind manner and then one day u get killed by a drunk driver how did u choose that? Life is not what u plan on it to be, but more how u react to it. You can only hope 2 control yourself the rest is out of your hands. I see what u mean. I mean I choose not to do drugs, or get in to crime, but that only means i am good, not my life.
