Just get a tube of FIPG from Toyota dealer. (00295-00103). Make sure you scrape all of the old one out and wipe the surface clean before applying the new one. You will need to apply the FIPG along the groove, and on the inside edge of the mating surface when going around the hole, and on the outside edge of the mating surface on one side of the pan that doesn't have hole and groove (tranny side). Torque the nuts/bolts to 4 ft-lbs.
By the way, you must bolt the pan within 15 mins after putting the FIPG on. It'll take 1-2 hours to cure. You can fill the oil/start the engine after that. It will take 15 hours to become rubberlike. This post has been edited by Gary: Nov 5, 2007 - 2:17 AM -------------------- _Gary
