on the back of the tires, what to use to remove the stuck gunk. not even brake cleaner lifts it up....

usually whatever this crap is i get and put into an old spray 9 bottle works for that stuff... ill have to ask about it, but try getting some type of degreaser and spraying it then letting it soak, will also work well if you heat an area of the wheel you wanna clean before you spray n soak, then use a brush, a hard one, but not wire to avoid scratching, and it should loosen it up. put heat on it till its noticably warm-hot to the touch then spray it, let it soak for a minute, then spray some more, let that soak then scrub away, its a big pita
