did the 3sge beams ever come manual???? or are they all auto?????

well i was thinking the 3sgte is too much power and i need my gas........lol
so then i was thinking the 3sge beams puts out around 200hp has the vvt-i system and it isnt turbo'd (guessing better mpg??) how harder is it to find parts for the 3sge beams??? what about installing is it like the 3sgte without the hassled of the things with the turbo...............like intercooler............bov..........oil lines and coolant lines.............stuff like that........ -------------------- I don't normally drive fast, but when I do its on a curvy section of this island
