 list of parts for swap?, need a complete list please |

can't seem to find a list despite searching.
I have a 94 Auto ST. For me to do a swap to a manual 3sgte 2nd or 3rd gen, what is the complete list of items I need? ALso, if I get the engine from an MR2, what extra parts are needed? |
