Which fuel lines can be used to connect the 3SGTE fuel rail to the filter? 3SGTE or 5SFE?
on my swap the 3s was cut and the 5s is different. I beleive I would need the 3s . does anyone have an idea of what part number that is and how much it will cost. Or any ideas on how to link the cut 3s with the 5s. I was thinking of a inline filter. ........... This post has been edited by y2komar: Nov 2, 2007 - 10:40 PM -------------------- ![]() |

You can use the 5SFE fuel lines without a problem the 3SGTE. It will be a slight bit longer than is needed, but it isn't an issue at all. The return line is the perfect length to get the job done as well.
I used the bolt from the fuel rail that came off the high pressure line on the 5SFE just to be sure that the inner clearances are exactly the same. Fasten down the fuel line to the rail with a fresh set of crush washers and you're in business. -------------------- 3rd gen ST205 3SGTE - Alive and boosting. |
