Whats the best engine to swap with? I kinda care about difficulty but I want more power...If its best to just keep the 7AFE,what are the best performance upgrades to put in to get the most power?

The number 1 best possible swap for power is the 3SGTE. It's extremely well documented and isn't too hard, albeit expensive.
The number 1 best possible swap for power AND simplicity is the 4AGE Blacktop. Don't even waste time with the silvertop, the power output isn't worth the cost.
