Hi new user to the site here any help or thoughts would be great.

I have a 1998 SS111 with the beams engine problem is once I hit about 190kmph there is a massive loss of power and preformance stops.

Now I understand there to be a speed limiter on the car to stop the boys out running the cops in japan but I live in Ireland and have a 20km strip of motorway that I have only once ever seen a cop on in 4 years.

So here lies the problem........ How do I get rid of this stupid device?????????

Cheers in advance..

Noel

Everything in the car works perfect. Its like nothing was done to car, all but for the increased top end ( max yet to be reached BLOODY TRAFFIC )

I was talking to a guy who works on all kinds of top end jap cars and he reckons he also can do a full remap on the beams engine and increase the BHP from 210 to maybe 245 so after the wheels thats the next step.
