16 with 4000$ to blow? Without knowing your family Background its hard to say what to do with it.
Let me just say something, student loans SUCKS and will follow you FOR YEARS AND YEARS !!!! Keep your car stock and drive properly, don't become another statistic...and young people wonder why they pay high insurance rates.
