So i decided that this year for christmas im going to treat myself to some aftermarket seats. I know that the stock mounting brackets wont work. So what would I have to do? Have them custom made or does Sparco sell universal mounting brackets for seats? Someone who has overcome this problem please help.

Depends on the seats I suppose.
If you buy Sparcos then purchase the Sparco rails and brackets. If you get some Bride seats then buy bride hardware. I have a set of Corbeaus and purchased the 94-99 Celica rails and sliders. They were $100 per side and the driver's side needed a fair amount of modification to fit right. -------------------- 1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of money
