Header or rims?, Dont know what to get.

After that i will only have enough for rims or header. Right now i have hubcaps. i got a good deal for both. 18" nice looking rims for $500(rims only). Header hand made for $400 installed. which one should i get ? My Car Pictures

I defintely agree with red wuken. You should get rims. Headers won't do that much. Maybe 10-20hp. And nobody will notice your car with them on. Unless you drive around with the hood open. Rims are good cuz then after getting them you can decide what kind of suspension (coilovers or springs) to get. Because how low it will be.
