To keep it short, my living situation changed drastically right after I bought the car. I've been staying at a friends place since, and the car has been in the garage. I just bought a condo that has 1 parking space and the GT4 isn't a daily driver. I have the opportunity for another investment and I'm trying to pull some funds together. I just don't have the means for storage, insurance, and time for this right now. The car has come a long way since I bought it and I'm sure someone can give it the proper care as a collector and fun car to drive, b/c I can't.
I'll be honest, the last owner let it go b/c it was outta his league mechanically and he couldn't get it to run right. He thought there were 800cc injectors installed and there weren't. I don't know why you would install 800's with an ecu tuned for 550's anyway??? Not only that, he was running it with a broken knock sensor, and a few other check engine codes. The other problems were described above. I will say he was a helluva driver, and he scared the crap outta me in his rx7, but he left tons of problems with this car.
