I bought 250 grams of the stuff lol.

Haha, its the same thing, just if you want a redbull (80mg's) then only do 80mg's? 600mgs a dose and 1200mgs a day is the recommended maximum going over that, it has diminishing returns and just makes the come down worse. yeah the side effects arent the best, its only binging if you stop
