 UPS, Lost my lug nuts |

So I got my rims but UPS lost my lug nuts. They were in a seperate box. I have the tracking number and it says cannot find. I called them and they charged wheelmax for shipping but they canot find the box. I am extremely pissed
 So now i have to get Wheelmax to file a trace on it and on and on.. i wont get new lugs for about a week unless this box shows up!

Mine showed up tday, and they refunded wheelmax shipping. They had an apology letter handwritten on the box. I was very impressed. They even gave me a follow up call to apologize and to make sure i have everything. I give UPS and Wheelmax both thumbs up for their service. |
