hey peeps, ok im in the middle of my 7afe rebuild and turbo set up and i have run into yet another snag, i have everything taken apart and ive sent my head to the shop to get it cleaned and polished but anyways back to my problem . . . . im replacing the pistons and im not sure how to get the wrist pins out of the old pistons. i know someone out there has replaced pistons on there 7a before so please send some celi love my way . . . i need the help. im afraid im going to beat the crap out of the and mess them up but anyways . . . . . .

Heat up the rod with a blow torch and press them out with a press.
