Hello my parking brake is shot in my 94 celica it is winter and time for some serious donuts!!!!! Just kidding. What is the best method for getting new shoes for the parking brake or a complete kit? Any idea on cost?

You'll have to take the drum or rotor off and replace the shoes (if necessary).
If you just need to tighten it, take the center console out and tighten the nut. -------------------- |
