frown.gif i was on my way to school today, and recently it snowed here in jersey, and there is black ice EVERYWHERE, especially in my neighborhood b/c we dont know what SALT is!!! so i knew to go slow, and i was getting a feel for the ice and felt it was very slippery, so as im approaching a corner, there is another guy coming (mind you were still going very slow, 1st gear slow) so to get out of this way, i move over to the right, but as i straighten the wheel out slowly to keep going straight, my car continues to turn, and i slide into the curb!!

i was saying to myself, aww the rim is prob scratched or something not to bad, but i look at the damage(which ill get pics of ) and the whole rim is dented in, and i knew this wasent good

so i drive the car back to my house slowly, in because of the indentation, the car is going cock-eyed and pushing to the right and the left very hard frown.gif had to take our spare vehicle (wrangler) to school until the celica is fixed....

so i know i need a new rim and tire most likely, i just hope that the rotor isnt dented in so i wouldnt have to get new rotors as well

yeah i hit a curb too... though there was no Ice or anything to do with the weather... thought the turn was actually a lot more gentle then it was. stupid optical illusions. bout a 1K to fix... it you messed up the front... a lot worse than the back. need to replace all the axles and such. my mechanic told me I was lucky.
