i was wondering can i install the walbro fuel pump and my fuel regulator before installing my turbo cuz i wanna go get my fuel line done at this place then the other stuff i can do it my self i just want to kno if i can get it done and its ok i can drive with it back home with out the engine getting damage or anything and does anyone kno where can i get an oil return line for my turbo?

It's better if you leave it stock for now. If you don't install an EMS, the car will run too rich, even with the regulator at its lowest pressure. Fuel economy will be horrible, and that's not a good idea when gas prices are sky-high.
