i was wondering can i install the walbro fuel pump and my fuel regulator before installing my turbo cuz i wanna go get my fuel line done at this place then the other stuff i can do it my self i just want to kno if i can get it done and its ok i can drive with it back home with out the engine getting damage or anything and does anyone kno where can i get an oil return line for my turbo?

yes you can install it, and the car will run. BUT you will have terrible fuel econmy and you might kill your catalatic converter from runing so rich.
