everyone look at this picture of a corvette.
![]() see how underneath the front bumper there is a black plastic piece that extends towards the ground. Does it help with aerodynamics and what not? would it be benificial to add one to our celicas? This post has been edited by Hanyo: Dec 4, 2007 - 7:10 PM |

QUOTE(JDcelica @ Dec 4, 2007 - 10:09 PM) I think it deflects the air in to the radiator for cooling thats exactly what it does...most/all GM cars should have it...my camaro has one..it deflects the air up into the rad. to keep it cool...the one on my camaro was busted up so i took it off and replaced it and it ran a little colder...doesnt make a huge difference but it was designed to help keep the engine cool. -------------------- ![]() I"M NOT A TOYOTA FAN, IM A FANATIC 1984 accord hatch 5 speed (T-Belt)-Junkyard 1991 VDUB jetta wolfsburg Ed. 5 speed (clutch)-junkyard 1988 Dodge Aries K (sold) 1969 Chevy El camino - Traded for celica 1991 Dodge Daytona-Traded for Celica 1988 Chevy Camaro-Work in Progress 1989 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 - For Sale 1995 Toyota Celica-Work in Progress |
