 Syncros, darn |

So I believe my syncros are shot. The stick rattles in gear and has plenty of space. I was wondering, i want to get a shortshifter.. would it be easier to install that and the syncros at the same time? What exactly do they do? Any info would help, i dont know anything about them.

worn out shift gates maybe. a trd short shifter replaces the whole shifting asembly if i remember correctly. that might help the problem. take off the shift boot and look at how the shifter sits when in the gears, that way you might be able to see exactly what/where the problem is. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
