yea im only getting 21 mpg and im wondering how can i raise it up?

Acetone as in the stuff found in nail polish remover? I'd think that would be horrible for your gaskets and anything rubber, that stuff is really harsh on plastic/rubber. They even make non-acetone nail polish remover for that exact reason! (it like melts acrylic nails)
