Well this is the first major job on my 98 vert. I've dismantled most of the underside of the dash and am now trying to figure out the (hopefully) last stage. Undoing the heater assembly and getting that booger out. I'm getting a little frustrated and could use advice of anyone who's been down in there. I'll try to get some pics up soon for others in similiar situation.

I think you can replace just the plastic with the copper so you dont have to remember the original miles.. GL -------------------- Learned a lot in 10 years...
