STUPID WOMEN HURT MY CAR!!!!!!!!!&, I felt i had to share this, i couldnt make it up if i tryed Options

ok. I felt that i had to share this with all of you because the whole thing was so bizarre I'm not sure i believe it and it happened to me! Also if i start to ramble just skip through it because I'm still MAD AS HELL about the whole thing.

To paint you a picture of the incident, I'm going to have to go back a bit to lead up to this women hitting my car.

Me, Spacepanda, and a few of our friends are night owls, so when we are tired of hanging out at his apartment and are hungry we frequent our local Ihop or Dennys. But since Ihop is smoking we have been going there more then Dennys. 2 nights ago we were all hanging out minding our own biz and bar rush comes in. This happens all the time and we are use to the drunks that come in late at night. we ignore them and go on with our conversations. but 2 nights ago, this older women came up to use and started poking at my daughter and trying to play with her and get her to talk. It was annoying because i don't know about anyone else but i hate it when people start the baby talking to children. and besides that its freaking rude to walk over to other peoples tables you don't know and start talking to them and trying to pick up your child and take it over to your table to play with her..... call me crazy but that kinda stuff bothers me. But i was polite and asked her not to pick up my daughter and to please stop poking at her and messing with her. The women went away and that was the end of that.......or so i thought

Last night around 1AM we go to Ihop. The same women come in around 2AM and sits next to this group of people and starts talking to them. i remembered the women and remember thinking "good she came with friends tonight, shell leave use alone." WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, she starts baby talking to my daughter again and trying to play with her. Now mind you i had had a craptastic day before this and was in no mod for STUPID drunk people messing with my daughter. And my wife being tired from a long day of screaming child didn't want to deal with her either. But we kept calm and just deal with her. Right when i think I'm about to tell the women that if she didn't get away from my daughter and our table i was going to cut off her hands with the butter knife i was holding, one of our friends points outside and says "Hey,Their is another Celica outside" other then mine and Pandas. The women crawls over to the other table, looks out the window and says "what are you looking at?". Panda says "We are looking at another Celica like mine and his" After the women ask Panda 3 more times what we were looking at she looks up and asked "Your looking at the car that looks like that white car and that red car?" I look at her and say"Yes, Mines the Red one and his is the white one" She then asked me like 4 times what kind of cars they where, which i told her each time what they where getting more and more annoyed at this women and about to freak out on her and tell her to go Screw with someone else. She then looks at me and says " my car is way better then those crap cars you have, don't move ill show you." she leaves and i think, whatever she's gone i don't car what she does as long as she's away from us. Then it happened.

Al of the sudden Panda Gets this horrified look on his face and says "What is she doing!!!" i look out and see her back stopped sideways from my car, like she was trying to back up from where she was parked, to park next to my car. She's trying to get us to come outside and she is staring at the back of my car. I feel panic rush into me and at this point i didn't think she hit my car, i just thought she came really close and was trying to get us eto come out so she could tell us why her car was better then ours. But then Panda looks at me and goes m" Dude, I'm not sure but i think when she came up along your car i saw your car sway and jerk" Now panic starts building. Then the women gets out and is stares at the back of my car. She then walked over to look at the back of her car and then we see it, Red paint from my car, scratched paint from hers and bent metal on her car. The realization kicks in and i Mario jump over the booth of the table and run outside.

I look at my Bumper and from one end to the other she had ran her bumper against mine and scratched it all the way across. I mean scratched it. and she hit my car hard because i didn't park crocked when i parked!

Know a lot of you might say its just a scratched bumper. But a lot of you will understand why i freaked out. This is my car. my baby. My wife agreed to get this car because she knew i wanted it. I've been working very hard to get it running right, and i truly love my car. That's about 50% of why i freaked. The other part was that i saw the car that was better then Pandas and my car. It was a Toyota Corolla S 2001!!! grey with NOTHING SPECAIL ABOUT IT!! the thing didn't even have hubcaps on it!!!!!!

I freaked out, I felt sick, and i thought my knees where going to give out. i was shaking because i wanted to kill this stupid twat for being drunk and dumb and hitting my car because she wanted to show off her POS!

Then things started to get interesting. While em trying to compose myself she walks over to me and says "Don't worry, my car is a lot worse off then yours. Mine will take a lot more money to fix. but if you want you can have my car and ill take your crappy car. well just trade cars." Now i really freaked out. I couldn't believe what she was saying. She wanted to trade cars! because mine was crap and hers was the best car ever made! I started yelling at her and freaking out, screaming profanity that i cant post on this Forum, ill leave you to imagine what i said to her proposal. She then continued on saying that its not a big deal that my car was crappy anyways and that her car was the one that was worth being upset about. she wouldn't stop saying my car was crap. So realizing that if i didn't get someone to get her away from me i was going to Kill her i told her to give me her Insurance information and told her i was calling the cops. She gave it to me and said that she wouldn't leave, went inside the Ihop and sat down at her table.

When the police came. i told them everything that happened, what my friends had seen happen, what he admitted to doing and that i felt she was drunk and i wanted her arrested, not only because i was pissed about what she had done but i started thinking that she might kill someone on her way home tonight or in the PARKING LOT TRYING TO SHOW UP A MASERATI!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I'm getting every bit of info off her insurance card, taking pictures and talking to the police. another cop goes in to bring the women outside so they could talk to her. When the cop came up to her she told asked why she needed to go outside. the cop said"because we need to speak with you and give you a sobriety test". The women then pulled out her Drivers licence, Birth Sertificat,SSN,and her NA membership card, as well as a Card that indicates that the money was recently released from a Psychotic Ward and that she was mentally troubled! The cops come to me and tell me that they don't think she's drunk she's just mentally unstable. I think go great that's an @$$ tone better then her being drunk! As they are telling me this the women starts twirling! I look at the cop and go"You cant arrest her for this crap. she's NUTTS!" they said that because she was released they couldn't, and because she hit me on privet property they could do a report, but that they would give me their cards and Names so i could use them as references that she did admit to them that she hit me and it was her fault. They told me that she they see that with the damage done its obvious it was her fault and told me what i needed to tell my insurance company. All and all they did what they could and told the women that it would be best if she left because the owner of the car she hit was going to hurt her!

After all was said and done, the cops left,I got Pictures,Insurance Info, Filed a claim, and got everything underway to get my Bumper fixed.

The funny part was that while i was talking to the police, the women was inside still playing with my Daughter and talking to my Wife says she didn't understand why i was so mad and that i was very rude and that she had offered to give me her car and take my piece of crap. My wife looked at her and told her that "My Husband doesn't want your car, he wants the damage on his car fixed" Then she looked at my wife and goes"Well fine! the Insurance company will fix it and he forsure not getting my car now" then she walked back to her table, called a few friends and sat there talking to herself till i walked back in. When i walked back in she got up, went outside and cleaned out her CAR!!!!!!!!!!. throwing trash away, cleaning out the trunk, filling the car up with oil!!!! i couldn't believe after all that had happen what she was doing.after that she sat in her ar for about 10 min after that, then final went home.

I swear this happened! ask Panda he was there! I couldn't make this stuff up if i tried. This psycho is lose in the world. I can understand people have problems, but i really want to know what the criteria is to define a mentally messed up person who is able to live in society and one that should be locked up because i think it needs to be revaluated! Don't get me wrong people get better but there needs to be limitations man. like ummmm DONT GIVE THEM A CARRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't mean to offend anyone with this, but if you have a loved one that has issues like this. Please keep an eye on them. As amusing as all this was, this could have been a lot worse.

So yah sorry about this being so long if you read this whole thing, but I'm not alaberating really on anything and i just had to share this with you guys. Hopefully in insurance Company will just give me the money to take car of my Bumper and i can get my paint job done, because i have faded paint and its going to look funny with a Bright Red or Black Bumper with a faded red car.

WOW she was drunk and she should have been sent to jail, all they had to do was have a breathalyzer test done. What if she drove off and killed someone, that was very wrong and STUPID of the police not to arrest her. If she is nuts thats fine, and i feel sorry for her, but just bcuz she is crazy dont mean she can be drunk too. I would have asked the cops to talk to the watch commander on duty and made them arrest this woman.
