ok well, actually myspace showed this to me,i have heard rumors about this,it is a program to supplies laptops to poor kids in poor countries that cant afford even textbooks. This laptop has all the normal stuff,if i manly for the internet,it can view, photos, videos, play music, you can use a word program and much more. This laptop also has no moving parts,no fan, hard drive, and it comes with an amazing power source...anything!!!You get a crank,a foot pedal,or a pull cord to charge, you can also buy a solar charger if needed. It has a new type of batteries that has no toxic metals, did i mention it only weighs 3 pounds? And if you were to buy this laptop in America, one is shipped to you,and one is also shipped to a person or kid in another country at no charge(no its not an advertisement).I personally think this is one of the best things we can do to help other countries.

wow this looks pretty cool. i wish i had a computer when i was younger. i didnt have a functioning, usable computer till 10th grade.

on my last year of high school, I was teaching my friend how to cook so he can let me use his PC. smile.gif, I have to say that I'm doing better with PCs than he's doing at the kitchen. lol

I purchased one of those laptops, the one they sent me I wrapped it, and it's gonna my my 3 years old cousin's christmas gift. The cost is 399.99 for 2 ( you get one and donate one ) you can claim the cost of the one you get on your taxes ( US$200.00 ) so, you basically only spend US$200.00 in the end.
