Ok so i finished changing the cluster light in my celica to blue using 194Blue bulbs but they are too light!!!!!!!
 looks better in the dark............  and how it looks together with my taken apart dash......  so i'm asking what can i do to make it brighter? I saw some LEDs but they aren't bright enough. I did the same mob with one of my friends to his celica in RED and it looked awesome. it was bright red, perfect, but blue is too hard. It looks too light. Get LEDs if you don't have those in now and color the bulbs with a blue sharpie. I know, it sounds ghetto, but you will be amazed by the results. It's awesome. And if you don't find it awesome (and aren't fully satisfied
 ), the ink is easily removed with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab.
