For the past few months I have been trying to take better care of myself by doing some basic "at home" exercises and have swapped out some of my junk foods with bananas/apples/red grapes/salads/ and v8 fusion.

The the holiday chocolate came and I broke my hand so it kinda dropped kindasad.gif

Now that I'm out of the cast and most of the sweets are gone I'm getting started again.

I'm not trying to lose weight (i'm close to being underweight actually) and NO this isn't a new year resolution. It's something I decided to do and started months ago and worked on until my hand broke.

I just didn't know if there were any nutritionist on here that could give some advice?

I'm trying to eliminate junk food and away from processed foods but I love my pringles! I guess I pretty much know whats good for the heart and overall diet stuff but just didn't know what there is specific for organs in the body. Been google searching too.

Just wondering if any nutritionist were here... rolleyes.gif

Eat whatever u want to eat...just cut out fried, greasy foods. Eat more meals per day but less portions (5-6 meals per day). ALWAYS eat breakfast and always carry snacks around (ie: peanuts, granola, fruits, veggies, etc). Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day cuz it'll cut down your appetite by filling up ur stomach. Don't drink soda because its packed w/ calories and sugar.

Just eat whatever u want to eat. Its all about portions and balance and cutting down greasy foods. Also try to cut down on red meat. Its high in protein but also high in cholesterol. Chicken and fish should be ur best friends (High in protein and low in cholestorol and fish is a natural source of creatine).
