For the past few months I have been trying to take better care of myself by doing some basic "at home" exercises and have swapped out some of my junk foods with bananas/apples/red grapes/salads/ and v8 fusion.
The the holiday chocolate came and I broke my hand so it kinda dropped Now that I'm out of the cast and most of the sweets are gone I'm getting started again. I'm not trying to lose weight (i'm close to being underweight actually) and NO this isn't a new year resolution. It's something I decided to do and started months ago and worked on until my hand broke. I just didn't know if there were any nutritionist on here that could give some advice? I'm trying to eliminate junk food and away from processed foods but I love my pringles! I guess I pretty much know whats good for the heart and overall diet stuff but just didn't know what there is specific for organs in the body. Been google searching too. Just wondering if any nutritionist were here... -------------------- ![]() CLOSED on 25 acres! -shop coming soon.... |

Well i was a trainer meal planner for a chain of workout centers for a few years and read plenty about how to eat right. First thing is I dont really see what u r asking. U first need to have a goal, i know u said u dont want to loose weight. But u always need to have a goal in mind all the times, it dont have to be a goal like "put on 20 lbs. of muscle in 5 months." more like "No fast food and sodas for 3 weeks." If u just want to eat right just rememeber 80% of how u look and feel is what u eat. Best thing is cut out all fast food and sodas, point blank, execpt for maybe one cheat day a week, like say the superbowl is coming up, eat right the 7-10 days b4 hand and eat whatever u want that sunday. Then get back to eat right after. And in those 7-10 days say to yourself, "I wish i could have a big soda, but it will be worth it to drink some beers and eat pizza in a few days." And try not to drink any calories, but protien shakes and fat free milk, stick to diet sodas and iced tea with sweet and low. And pringles are fine, i love them too!! but i found that the fat free one taste great, and the fat free sour cream and onion ones taste better then the regular ones bcuz they r not as salty. But its strang bcuz they r hard to find, i found that the best place for fat free pringle is wal-mart and sell them for only a $1 a tube most of the time!!! good luck if u have more ???s let me know!
