I know theres atleast 6 modified 6GCs that roll round the town few times a week, any of you on here?? Keen to have a ASB car park meet sometime.

6genC didn't come with vvtl-i, but yeah vvt-i celicas have 10kW+/- more power then vvtl-i, but these are 1.8l though 'no replacement for displacement' if you had a 2.0l with vvtl-i you'd have about 160kW im guessing?

Yes you are right the 6 gen only came out with the VVT-i engine while the 7 gen got the vvtl-i engine. My mistake.
