is it possible to fit 18" rims on our cars? anyone that has 18" rims on your car how is the ride?

It is possible to install and drive with 18" rims. I have 18" rims with a 2" drop, and the only problems that i have undergone is slight rubbing during COMPLETE revolutions of the steering wheel.

What tire size are you running? Recommended size is 15/35/R18, but i've also heard that 225/40/R18 doesn't have any rubbing issues. My sig. shows the recommended tire size on 18's.
