yea im only getting 21 mpg and im wondering how can i raise it up?

i am geting around 200-300 per tank on a GT ... that's really bad, what do I really need to change? spark wires? plugs? oil? o_O let me know!

I think it should be higher since i don't rev it high often at all.....
