Well this is great, however the record can't really be official yet since the LF-A isn't yet a production vehicle. As long as the LF-A remains a concept, the record can't really be counted until it's release.
The IS-F has gotten a lot of interests among Lexus owners and people in general. Ofcourse it's a bold move to go with a performance model in a luxury line such as Lexus, but I believe it gives it a much better, more mature name than releasing it under the Scion label, as the Scion make is aimed towards the younger crowd, many older clients (who are actually able afford the car) may feel deterred from purchasing. Even with the release of the LF-A, there is still a Toyota Supra concept (and will most likely always remain a concept). People are right to say that Toyota has basically lost all it's performance image as of right now, but calling them stupid for what they've done is not very accurate. Unless you think it's stupid to be one of the best selling car companies today. Ok off topic. Yay LF-A. ![]() -------------------- |
