 Rear Glass, How to replace the rear glass? |

I need to replace my rear glass, I have one I can use thats in my wrecked celi in my garage but I have no idea how to take it out. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to how to do it or where to look for instructions on how to do it?

**** let me know what happens with this because i'm about to buy a carbon fiber hatch and one of the things i'm worried about is exactly this
