i have all four jdm GT-FOUR brake system "rotor, calipers and spindle" can i replace my stock GT to GT-FOUR ??
have this been done before ??
do i need anything else ??

Can't be done very easily. GT's use Macpherson suspension. GT-fours use Super Strut. In order to get the rotors and calipers on you'd need the entire suspension setup from a GT-four.
