Gauge Cluster Lights failing Options

I recently bought a set of white LED's (194) for my gauge cluster and ever since I had them working perfectly and evenly, one has dimmed itself down and now the tachometer light is flickering constantly. The weird thing about it is that if you look close enough, you can that the numbers look like they're partially covered by something.

Any ideas? I was suggested to check the current, grounds, and alternator. But I doubt that is the cause or else the first thing to lose power would be my radio and other instrument lights. Please help!

id take him up on replacements

if you dont want to go through ebay, frickinbrite is a good site, which sells the vleds i believe dustin is talking about, put some of these in some friends car's without any complaints.
