I bought a front strut bar from another member on here and recieved it today. But when I tried loosing the bolts to install it, they wouldn't budge. After some reaserching on here and other car forums I found that this is a common problem when installing front strut bars. I know most people recommend just putting a LOT of muscle into it, but I'm an average guy and don't have power tools

Dude, breaker bar FTW. I'd pick my good ol breaker bar over my impact wrench doing suspension work any day. No lie. Does it really matter if you over torque the top bolts holding the strut?
