 Rear Glass, How to replace the rear glass? |

I need to replace my rear glass, I have one I can use thats in my wrecked celi in my garage but I have no idea how to take it out. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to how to do it or where to look for instructions on how to do it?

I called 3 different company's here in the Pearland / Houston area, Safety Auto Glass, Glass Doctor, and Binswanger Glass. All of them told me around the same price. Its just an expensive piece of glass, Toyota is pretty proud of it I guess.
 As for my decision, I still am undecided lol  still waiting to get my first paycheck from my new job I started this month so I really dont have the cash to do anything right now. But I will keep you all updated. I plan on watching very closely how it is done so I can get a "How To" written up and hopefully save someone some cash.
