So if you had a 1996 Celica ST Hatch with ngk spark plugs an intake what would you do next what would you add to the beast we call the CELICA?

1000 to work with, hmm... Well technically with a grand I cant boost becasue a grand wont be as near as reliable. I'd get a coilover set-up, with the 1000, but if I wanted some power with handling, I'd just drop it on some teins IF my struts were in good condition. The rest I'd convert intake assuming its an sri to a cai. I'd also get some ebay header and custom exhaust. 1000 to me is way too limited. I say research on what YOU really want out of your BEASTILY celica and save up for it. By the time you spend a grand on the little things like header and exhaust, you'll end up wanting the 3s motor, or even the 20v black top. You'll drop it on some springs and struts then realize you could've been better off with some coilovers.

I say stick with the external and interior, you won't get sick of. Some jdm projectors and tails? maybe the trd quickshifter? strut bars will always be there when you upgrade suspension look into them.
